I have always been drawn to movement, to that raw ability to release energy in a physical form. There is something in the body’s language that expresses what words cannot convey. When movement becomes dance, whether chaotic or gentle, it reveals the shape of emotion, personal and intimate, or political and shared before an audience.

In my films, I instinctively respond to the movement within the cinematic space. This is how I translate emotion into images, planting feelings that cannot be seen or heard directly. For me, movement is not just a visual element, it is an emotional language that invites the viewer to engage on a deeper level.

When the body seeks to release energy, I want to be there, to capture it, to feel it, and to allow it to flow through me.
